Payment methods
Our online store offers several secure payment methods, so you can choose the option that is most convenient for you. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems, guaranteeing the protection of your data.
The payment methods available are as follows:
Credit or debit card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
This is a fast and immediate payment method, allowing automatic confirmation of the order once the transaction has been validated.
Depending on the country and the customer’s banking institution, payment methods associated with banking applications may also be available, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, among others.
Multibanco reference
The Multibanco Reference is a widely used payment method in Portugal.
By selecting this option at checkout, an entity, reference and amount for payment will be automatically generated. Payment can be made via:
- Multibanco (ATM)
- your bank’s homebanking service
Payment must be made within a maximum of 3 days. If payment is not made within this period, the order may be automatically canceled.
MB Way
MB Way is a digital payment method that allows you to make payments using the cell phone number associated with the application.
To use this method:
- Select MB Way at checkout
- Enter the cell phone number associated with the application
- You will receive a notification in the MB Way application
- Confirm payment in the app
After confirmation, the payment will be processed immediately.
Note: the MB Way payment request is valid for 5 minutes.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure and widely used online payment platform.
By selecting this method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can make the payment using:
- available balance in the PayPal account
- credit or debit card associated with the PayPal account.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to our online store.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a digital payment method that allows you to make purchases quickly and securely via Apple devices.
This method can be used on compatible devices such as:
- iPhone
- iPad
- Apple Watch
- Mac
Payment is confirmed via biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID) or device code.
Transaction security
All transactions made in our online store are processed through secure connections with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.
Payment data is not stored on our servers but is processed directly by certified payment platforms.
