Return

You can return any product purchased from the ALICOURO Online store within 30 days of the day you received your order, using the returns form at the bottom of the page.

The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. ALICOURO does not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items.

Exchange

You can exchange the item within 30 days* of receiving your order.

Returns are free in store/physical space, or online where the return shipment is the responsibility of the USER, the new shipment of the product (in the case of exchanges) is free for mainland Portugal.
