Returns (right of withdrawal)
You may return any item purchased from the ALICOURO online store within 30 days of receiving your order — the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, voluntarily extended by ALICOURO to 30 days. No reason needs to be given.
Items must be in the same condition as delivered, in the original packaging whenever possible. Returns of personalised or made-to-measure items cannot be accepted.
How it works: submit your request through our online form. For mainland Portugal addresses the return is free of charge: we register the return with CTT through our partner Bátch and you will receive a code — simply present it, with your parcel packed, at any CTT post office or pick-up point, no printing required. For addresses outside mainland Portugal, please ship the items to the address below at your own expense.
Refund: issued within 14 days of receiving the items (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Note: for orders that qualified for free shipping (purchases over €85), if you return only part of the order and the value of the items you keep falls below €85, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Full returns are refunded in full, including standard delivery costs.
Exchanges
You may exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. The first exchange is free for mainland Portugal addresses — normally for another size of the same product or, if your size is unavailable, for another product (any price difference is settled with us). The process is the same: request via the form, receive a CTT code and drop the parcel at a CTT point.
Outside mainland Portugal, and from the second exchange onwards, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
