Order processing
After confirmation of payment, your order will be prepared and shipped.
Except in exceptional situations or out of stock, orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 7 working days (Portugal).
If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Order tracking
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking code that will allow you to follow the status of the delivery. Either by our partner company Batch (Portugal and Spain) or DHL (indicated areas in Europe).
You can use this code directly on the carrier’s website to check the route of the package.
Delivery delays or problems
If the estimated delivery time has been exceeded and you have not yet received your order, please contact our customer service.
